What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
Right now, we offer standard shipping for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 days. Many of our items are handmade to order and may require a longer production time. Please contact us if you are on a tight timeline and we will do our best to get your order to you on time!
Please make sure to provide us with your full and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Dr. Beads or our courier/delivery partner will not be liable to refund or return of the items purchased in case of failed address submission by the customers.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over RM 300. Orders under RM 300 will be charged RM 6.90 for standard shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order. The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A custom-made personalized order typically takes 7-10 business days to ship. The shipping estimate for each product is provided in real-time on the product page. You’ll also receive individual shipping estimates for each product in your Order Confirmation email.
Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend will be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday. It will be delivered by our respective courier services within a week, excluding Public Holidays. Please take note that the delivery time will vary during high demand of festive seasons. During this period, we will announce the cut off time for delivery.
Where can I find my tracking number?
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our studio. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company.

Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes, you can. Currently self pick up option are available at 2 locations :
- Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur
- Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan

We aim to be as accurate as possible when calculating the arrival date for your purchase, but some factors may cause that to change.
Weather Delays: Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Kay.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.
Other factors that may cause your estimated arrival date to change:

- Domestic and international holidays
- Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
- Special orders and personalized merchandise may take 5-7 days.
